Callaway Paradym X Driver Performance
Specs of the Callaway Paradym X Driver I tested: 10.5 Loft, Standard Lie, Standard Length, Regular Flex, Project X HZRDUS Gen 4 Silver 50 Gram Graphite Shaft.
I tested the Callaway Paradym X indoors with Trackman and hit a total of 72 golf balls over that one session. Here is the data from my testing session:

Those numbers are solid for the average golfer, but I know I can get even more out of the Paradym X. My swing has been much improved as of late, including testing the TaylorMade Qi10 and Qi10 MAX drivers.
Appearance: A+
The Callaway Paradym X, just like the Paradym screams class in its design. I am actually a bigger fan of the Paradym X look than the original.
The design is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. I compared the premium classy look of the Paradym to that of a Bentley car. The Paradym X would be the Bentley SUV; wider topline, thicker sole
Callaway did a fantastic design with the weight on the Paradym X, where it blends really nicely into the overall head shape and doesn't jet out as much as the original Paradym.
This just adds to the classiness and puts the finishing touch on this driver to earn it an A+ in appearance.
Sound: A
The sound of the Callaway Paradym X driver is phenomenal. It makes a fairly muted sound for the amount of electric feel it provides off the face.
It sounds like a classic Batman style "thwap" from the old cartoon, and I mean that in a good way. It isn't too loud and it is subtle enough to capture your attention when you walk in a room, but doesn't need to be overly boasting and you will still get the sense of its commanding power.
Forgiveness/Feel: A+
Aside from all the other amazing features already discused, the big selling point for the Paradym X driver is the MAXIMUM forgiveness provided by that forged face.
Thanks to its high MOI and overall design, mishits are less penal than with other drivers. The off-center strikes maintained a decent level of distance and accuracy.
It is tremendous to swing, with a free and easy feel through the air. As mentioned, the feeling of the ball off the face is dynamic with the ball speed generated.
Distance: A+
With the selling point of the Paradym X driver being forgiveness, you will be pleasantly surprised that it does not compromise on distance at all.
In fact, for amateur golfers who are not as consistent with their driver swings, the Paradym X can actually provide you with better overall average distance given the help it provides when you are not hitting center-face.
My average total yards was close to 237, however I have added more swing speed to my repertoire since hitting the Paradym X and know I can get that average up another 20 yards.
Accuracy: A
The Paradym X driver feels very accurate with a pretty tight dispersion. Although the electricity off the face is fantastic, it also always feels in control.
The Paradym X is designed with a slight draw bias and can really play into most amateur golfers swings nicely if they are trying to curb a bit of a baby fade (or in a negative scenario, a bad slice) to get better distance and straighter shots.
Overall Swing Enjoyment: A+
The Paradym X driver was an absolute blast to swing. I was expecting to see a bit of a distance tradeoff with the forgiveness from the Paradym, however I actually crushed the Paradym X even more freely and with higher distance results than I did the.
Value: Is the Callaway Paradym X Driver Worth It?
The Paradym X is a top-of-the-line driver for all golfers who are still trying to find consistency with driver contact off the tee.
There is no denying that the ball was electric off the face of the Paraxym X, and the distance: amazing. It’s a beautiful and high-performing driver and worth trying if you need maximum forgiveness and some consistency added to your golf life.
With the Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Max driver on the market, the Paradym X driver is now available for as low as $449 brand new at the time of this article.
This makes the Paradym X driver beyond worth it.
